I am very upset. I booked a appointment for shockwave. I told the front desk, I was booking for shockwave. I waited 2 weeks to get it. I came to the office and saw the chiropractor, he said the machine in on maintenance. He apologized. However, I am very upset. I wasted my time amd money. I am a busy woman, went there in between my other schedule. They do not validate parking. The parking is very expensive. No professional. No prepareness. Body of Beverly Hills Wellness is amazing. Everyone here makes you feel like you are at home, and you can really tell that they care about your recovery. Also, they incorporate massage therapy into your recovery plan. Not many chiropractors do this, however it makes a huge difference. After my massage there, I could move my right arm in ways I couldn't since my wreck and felt completely relieved of the constant pain. NOT going to get your treatments here is a big mistake
