When I visit Body HQ, I enter and leave as a whole new person. Lissandra is, without a doubt, the best physiotherapist in Sydney. She will personalise your treatment to your needs and desires. Lissandra, you are not only the kindest person I know, but you are a genius. 10 years ago I was on a walking stick. Now, at 66, I was able to take my wheelchair-bound mum into the city on the ferry, around Circular Quay and the Opera House and back home, negotiating some truly steep ramps in the process. Thanks to you, I know what “engage your core” means. Thanks to you, I walk unaided.
