Class with Makayla was excellent this morning—just like always! I absolutely love taking her classes. She’s constantly switching things up, and every week she brings in fresh routines we haven’t done before, which keeps things exciting and challenging. Makayla does an amazing job explaining everything clearly, and it’s obvious how much she genuinely cares about her classes and her students. If you haven’t taken one of her classes yet, I highly recommend it. Just make sure to reserve early—she fills up fast!
The Body Haus has transformed my fitness routine. I leave with not only a good workout, but my body feeling stretched and good. I I love utilizing all of the amenities as well. I have seen great benefits from the sauna, light therapy, and cold plunge!
