I first came to Body Form in Scarborough to get in shape for my wedding. That was almost two years ago, and I am still training here every week. Nick and Joe are genuinely kind and extremely knowledgeable, and they have helped me rebalance my body in ways I never expected. Body Form has helped me to rebuild my strength and to become active again. I have chronic health issues, and was nervous about going to gyms or using personal training services. Nick and Joe do well to work with your needs and abilities, and the facility itself is quiet and private. Would highly recommend, especially if you are navigating physiological concerns.

It's a private space and wonderful to train with Nick. I always feel overwhelmed at the gym when I see so much equipment. Working with a PT helps with avoiding injury and working out with the right form. He helps me to push limits.
