If a 6th Star was possible, I would've awarded Angelica with one! Prior to working with Angelica I was becoming more and more frustrated with some reoccurring injuries that were plaguing my physical capabilities. Angelica has changed my life. She has helped me with my IT band injury and shoulder pain, along with diets / work outs to help me reach my goals. So thankful my friends introduced me to her… she is the absolute best!!!!!! Highly recommend

Angelica has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has helped improve my mobility and strength which has reduced pain I used to feel when I would bike or run. I have a list of workouts I can do when I travel or at home which has been really nice, I look forward to our sessions every week. She has also been super accommodating for when travel throws off our schedule. Everyone needs an Angelica in their life, especially if you are active.
