Love the reiki sessions with Casey! She is very kind and helpful to tell me how to help balance my energy, and the whole place feels so relaxing, warm and welcoming that always feels nice to walk into, highly recommend trying one of their services!
Been going here for since 2019 and it’s amazing. Dana’s deep tissue massage is a must for anyone who is into fitness. I also spend a lot of hours cramped in a car and she’s great at loosening hip and shoulder tightness. Dana is also a wealth of knowledge with advice for training and stretching exercises. Can’t live without her and can’t recommend her enough!!!!!
