I’ve been going to Body Emporium for just over a month now, and it’s been amazing. Everyone is so kind, especially Tracey. She will always cater to your needs and hear you out. I had never really gone to a gym before, only doing sports in the past, but the environment at Body Emporium is so supportive to whatever level you are. Women supporting women! I cannot recommend enough.

Body Emporium is a go-to for so many reasons. Fitness and goal achieving, socialising and networking, family friendly, inclusive and so much more. You leave feeling psychologically and physically stronger. All the instructors are incredible. Working with everyone's individual needs. Huge shout-out to Tracey (owner) for being a huge inspiration! I don't know anyone harder working than her, taking so many classes plus raising a family - all with a huge smile and so much energy! So inspiring xx

Body Emporium is a first-class fitness centre. The combination of women-only and classes-only is something I didn’t know I was looking for until I tried it. With over 75 classes a week there is plenty of variety and times to suit everyone. It’s a welcoming, safe and supportive community filled with inspiring women.
