They continue to close locations with no notice to clients. No one is working their phone lines, online chat, or returning voicemails. Frequently have appointments canceled by Body Details that have been scheduled for months ahead of time with sometimes less than an hours notice. Their confirmation system auto-cancels appointments if you dont reply within a single hour. The level of anger and disappointment I have towards this company at this point is unparalleled. After the closest location closing around me, with NO notice, and zero intentions of the company to acquire another central FL location, I now have to go 3 hours out of my way just to DRIVE to a *********** has taken **8 weeks** to get through to anyone and even then, the responses are dry and unhelpful. I was 11 minutes late to an appointment and they are asking me for an additional $25 cancellation fee. There were no customers waiting and they said the only way the would treat me today, 0ct 2, 2024 is by paying an additional $25. After I have paid $2,000 for hair removal treatment. I was trapped in traffic and I called them to let them know I was going to be five to ten minutes late. No physical live person to talk to so I left a message. No star This company is a scam. They closed the Wesley chapel location with no warning and expect customers to drive 60 miles round trip for a 5 minute procedure Have made several attempts to contact the company but they ignore emails and phone calls. I have reached out to cancel the examining contract since it is not feasible to be expected to drive that far but have been met with silence. This company does not respond to customers through email, or otherwise. I have been charged with $5000.00 in dispute fees from Body details after my bank determined that their monthly charges were fraudulent. It was fraudulent because I had yet to recieve any communication from their management team in over a year. I have paid over $15,000 for services and yet when I want communication I recieve NONE. I am complaining that I will take this company to court because NO WHERE ON MY CONTRACT does it state that I will be charged ... read more
