Visited Dr. Yako through - Dec & Jan for frozen right shoulder and severe back pain - he is very methodical in diagnosing the problem you are having and puts you right at ease. He then created a personalized treatment plan after discussing what I am comfortable with and set the right expectations around the time it was going to take to fully recover and the adjustments i had to make with my everyday (lack of) exercise routine to supplement the treatment for full recovery.
