Have been going to this gym for many years . Jake owner / trainer is the absolute best .
Can't go wrong with Jake. Just show up and he will do the rest. Stop wasting money on dads and other places. Go with the proven best around.
The best personal training and weight loss center. Great atmosphere with high energy. Trainer's are knowledgeable and care about you getting results.
I just can not say how much I love working out here - the gym itself, the other clients, the music, the energy, and the atmosphere make you forget how hard you are working (and the workouts are no joke). Jake is a fantastic trainer, and exudes genuine enthusiasm, support, and silliness. I was in Philly for a month and went almost every day...if I lived in PA, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Jake, you're the best!!
