Craniosacral therapy with Krysta brought everything back to feeling normal. I left feeling light and shining, full of peace! She very gently released blocked energy and emotion, with a kindness you find in a rare few people. Absolutely recommend visiting Krysta for any time you find something seems "stuck" or discombobulated inside. A fantastic therapy.

The staff at Body Conscious are all thoughtful, helpful people. And the environment is relaxing and tasteful. I usually go to Jolyn but everyone there is wonderful. Can't wait for my next visit!
