Our company recently used Body Charge USA for an Employee Wellness Day and the entire experience was just wonderful. From the exquisite customer service by Paul Guiditis during the planning process to the massage service itself, this was one of the best events we’ve held with our company. I am revising my review to show that my recent experience with this company has been a good one. I spoke to Charles on the phone to book and throughout my experience. If they come across busy, it's because they, in fact, are. My company was unable to book with them due to timing; however, I would recommend them simply for their follow through. Charles is good people and really wanted to help us work out booking. We will consider them for future events we have, but try to book sooner rather than later.
Our company used Body Charge USA for a Manager's Leadership Conference that over 3,500 attended. From the very start of planning to work with Body Charge, it was very professional and immediate responses to all my questions. The staff was awesome and demonstrated such professionalism and Team Members were exceptionally pleased with the service they received. Body Charge USA were efficient, arrived early and very responsible! If we have the opportunity to use them again, we definitely will!
Marcia Barnes is our most excellent massage therapist! And the customer service from Paul Guditis is prompt and wonderful!
