I love Ruth’s workout classes and the community there! Ruth’s energy and all the women are so motivational & encouraging. She has lots of diversity of classes from barre to boot camp and even pool workouts during the summer. Definitely recommend coming to Body By Ruth!!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Body By Ruth. There is always such a great variety of workout sessions. I love how we meet at different parks. Ruth makes it fun by playing upbeat music and has such exuberant energy. The camaraderie of all the ladies is such a blessing, as well. And to top it off, the meals, smoothies and healthy snacks are always tasty.

Love Body By Ruth as it is so much than just an exercise group! A gritty, beautiful group gals of gals mostly 50 plus years in age inspiring each on their health journeys.
