I have been experiencing issues with my feet (pain, balance, etc). During a session with An-Marie, I learned how to correct my gait, how to effectively use a massage ball to "roll out" my feet, and additional exercises. Following this session, I felt immediate improvement (less pain and more movement) in my feet and throughout my body. There were immediate signs of greater blood flow to my feet. An-Marie is an amazing massage therapist! She takes such great care in assessing my body's needs with every massage. After her incredible massage I feel rejuvenated and refreshed! She is highly experienced and knowledgeable, not just as a massage therapist but her knowledge of muscles, how they work and sharing what we can do to improve on how we feel is greatly appreciated.
