I should of followed the negative reviews before I went!
They had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks just for it to not be fixed correctly. I do not recommend. Horrible service
Customer service needs some work, the job they did on my car was exceptional though
They did repair work on my car after a wreck and it did look good, however the main issue I brought up wasn’t addressed as they said they couldn’t “replicate the problem” but it was the first thing I noticed when I got it back. (They called and asked to have it dropped off because it was convenient for them. I wasn’t able to pick the car up and the person who picked it up for me is too nice for confrontation so he didn’t say anything) I called back and they really just didn’t help. Has got to be the WORST place in Tallahassee to take your car. The manager had the nastiest, most disrespectful, lazy, rude attitude I’ve ever dealt with, it was almost unbelievable how unprofessional they were. The whole crew matched that energy: lazy, careless, and completely unhelpful. And get this, they didn’t even bother to put my car back together correctly.
