I had knee pain and visited Body and Beyond in June 2024 Jay said one massage would help, and he was right, after my second visit, the pain was completely gone. Later, I tried Mithily, who’s amazing, strong, skilled, and knows exactly how to release tight muscles. Both Jay and Mithily focus on fixing the issue, not pushing repeat visits. Highly recommend them for pain relief or relaxation! Ravi Kana
