Wonderful class led by a very kind and knowledgeable instructor. It was my first childbirth class and I thought the material was explained very well, with both a good overarching overview and essential details. I highly recommend the course for anyone looking for essential information in a small intimate setting. I left the class feeling very confident and excited for childbirth and look forward to seeing what other classes are offered.
Valerie’s classes are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and a patient teacher. She meets her students at the physical level they are allowing us to follow her class at our pace. I had the opportunity to attend with my husband her CPR class. Again, she went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Valerie.
Valerie is the absolute best. I’ve been to her prenatal Pilates and yoga class almost every Saturday of my pregnancy, and I loved the classes so much I also took the Lamaze class with my husband, too. She also has been helping me with private sessions because my baby is still breech at 36 weeks. Her classes are a real workout, and her directness, warmth and wisdom have helped me feel confident and strong in preparation for labor. I can’t recommend her classes more highly!

I attended the infant CPR class to learn about safety and how to react properly in an emergency. Valerie is an amazing teacher! I feel confident after her class to be able to use the skills I was taught in real life!
