Disorganized, hard to get an appointment, they scheduled me almost 30 days out for a Friday night August 25th at 5:30 downtown. I killed myself to get there & arranged my whole day to do it, when I arrived the Salon main door was locked, I knocked & no answer & lights looked out from under door. It turns out the sign saying use some side door (I had been before & only used /seen main door) had been taken away for the weekend.
