I had another great experience here at Body Balance! Alyssa gave me a massage In the Himalayan Salt room! Definitely recommend! She was full of knowledge when it came to questions I had at the end about knots in certain spots. I will absolutely be booking with her in the future!! Also the front staff is always amazing. While waiting to check in there was an older gentleman who wanted her to fix his picture frame because he said Google said they do that there. Amanda was AMAZING. She was truly kind and personable and wonderful. Reflexology just isn't for me, unfortunately . Would love to just get a 60 min deep tissue foot massage instead.
It would of been 5 stars, but when I got there they doubled their price and didnt tell me until I was literally right there with my wife. Relaxation Overload.. booked for 135 for a couple. Changed to 135 per person and caught off guard. (Doubled price) They did not honor the price I booked for, instead 15 off. This ruined my trust.. The package was amazing and the staff was really nice. I wish they didnt change their prices without telling me until I was at the desk.
Beautiful spa. The space is cozy yet large. Overall the space is relaxing, clean and welcoming. They have some local/small business shelves in the lobby. I saw Nicole F for a 60 min therapeutic massage. I left in a trace, I was so relaxed. Prices are standard. And Nicole did a fantastic job. Will be recommending and returning soon.
