Planned to have a couples massage with wife and a hour before the appointment they cancel appointment. I understand the masseuse has a personal emergency but as a business I would expect that you plan for these types of situation. Rather than calling and cancelling after we took they day off for a birthday couples massage. They had no other solution or ways to accommodate us. If the foot was on the other foot they would not be so forgiving and take my money. are you going to reimburse me an my wife for our day off? You just ... read more

The massage therapist medical emergency occurred within 2 hours of your appointment time this morning and we unfortunately could not get another therapist in by 10 am. We respect and value your time and understand your disappointment. We are refunding your couples massage.
