Life Stage = Life Saver. I stumbled upon Life Stage right when we moved to Hoboken and had the great fortune of booking Julie for my first massage. Since then Julie has been a cornerstone of my self care routine through two pregnancies and postpartum “stages”, including a successful induction massage with my first. Being able to lay on your stomach with special pregnancy bolsters and have a world class massage is such a treat. I will miss Life Stage and more importantly Julie so much!

Mollie provided the best massage I've ever had in my life. You can tell she's been doing this work for a long time. She released tension in places I did not even know I had. She was super communicative and made sure that everything was meeting my needs throughout the experience. My body and muscles felt so open right after, and even for the next few days.
