I tried making an appointment 2 times at this location in north bay, the first appointment i had to call and reschedule and when i called they said i didn’t even have an appointment. Last Wednesday i called and made an appointment for the following Monday and the lady on the phone told me I didn’t have an appointment AGAIN. She couldn’t tell me if i’ve ever made an appointment because i’m a new client. I think there should be a better system for booking in people into a system in 2025. Had sciatica in my back to the point I had intolerable pain and complete numbness in my right leg. Experienced major discomfort at work, home, while driving, and even while trying to sleep. Came here on the suggestion of a friend and Mike and the girls have worked wonders. A little over a month of treatment and I'm feeling like my old self again.
