What an amazing experience! I have to admit, I had never tried a foot massage before but now I’m wondering why I waited so long. WOW! As a barefoot massage therapist myself, I’ve felt the good, the bad, and the incredible. Caroline delivers incredible and beyond. I needed a full body reset and in addition to being the relaxing mental reset I needed, she got into my hot zones with the most wonderful deep and myofascial pressure. Intentional, slow, artful, skilled…what more can I say? Check your calendar and get on her books, she is well worth the wait and a bargain at the experience she provides. Huge fan of Caroline and this massage style! Trust me, it’s a much more full massage than standard. If you’re a big body, or just need a deep pressure, I’d look no further than Body and Sole. I will be a client until she moves or retires, and if that worst case scenario happens, I will ensure she finds me somebody similar. Try Body and Sole, you won’t regret the choice you made.
I wasn't sure what to expect from a barefoot massage, but I was instantly sold as soon as Caroline began to work. It was beyond any other modality of massage I have ever experienced! It was broad and deep while surprisingly intuitive of my trouble spots. There were moments when I was trying to understand what in the world was happening as she massaged my back and head ALL AT THE SAME TIME!? I was blown away! I can't wait to get back on her table! What a gift she has to offer!
