My favorite workout studio. Suhavi is my favorite instructor and is always such a good workout great music and such a great community and environment!!! 10/10 recommend.
Another Sunday with Suhavi and she does not disappoint! Today she brought out the resistance bands and mentioned she might not bring them back for another four weeks because she wasn't sure everyone was loving them. Please bring them back! This was honestly one of the best workouts I've had. I loved the challenge, the creativity, and especially the kneeling tricep movement pulling the band overhead. It was SO good.
