I had my first experience with structural integration and Danielle was the practitioner. Overall, it was pretty amazing and the results were almost immediate. If you’ve never tried it, it is much different than massage and not exactly what I’d call relaxing. The pain is constructive though, meaning you know it is doing some good and it definitely is! Danielle really knows what she’s doing and she makes sure that you are OK through the whole process. I will definitely go back!

Danielle is incredible! Her style of bodywork aims to actively restore your posture so you can move better day to day, not just feel better right after your massage. As an athlete, she trusted my sense of what my body needed and we worked together to keep me going through the peak of my season. I can't recommend her enough!

My back was injured in a work accident and after months of PT and rest I couldn’t get the pain to clear. After meeting with Danielle we were able to figure out my ribs were twisted. We made a plan to straighten things out, and now I’m back to doing everything I used to without pain.
