Owen (and Aaron!) are excellent and their jewelry stock is incredible :) Everyone is very helpful and laid back! Luckily even with a wait there are plenty of things to do in Harvard Square in the mean time, so it's a prime location. Will return when I get that piercing urge again :)
Deirdre is a rock star! Just finished my 1/2 sleeve, came out awesome! Highly recommend Deirdre to anyone.
