Dustin did an absolutely beautiful job with my new forward helix piercing! I came in, thinking I might be able to get two, but because of the shape of my ears, we settled on a single post with a double gem. The whole process was quick and nearly painless, incredibly happy xD
I went in to get my septum re-pierced after years of not wearing jewelry. Owen checked out the old piercing and suggested testing to see if it was open... to my utter shock, it was. He brought me back across the hall, where I picked out a small ring instead of the larger retainer I'd originally opted for. After a far less painful insertion than I'd expected, they refunded me the difference in cost and I was on my way! 5 stars, will ABSOLUTELY be back. Totally worth the drive from Lowell.

Rueben Kayden is the best Japanese tattoo artist in Boston or any other city in the entire North East. He is extremely knowledgable about Japanese tattoos and their history. He is a great conversationalist and a great guy. My first work I had done was a Japanese Dragon half sleeve back in 2011. I now have started and just about completed the entire sleeve with 2 koi fish and other elements that we incorporated. I get so many compliments about the detail and vibrancy of my work. Go see Rueben he truly is the best.
I came in to see Deirdre she was AMAZING, she explained everything to me step by step. Deirdre made me feel comfortable and not whimpy at all! Deirdre is a ROCKSTAR!! Thanks so much for your amazing work!! I couldn't be happier with my new ink!

Owen is fantastic! I was just in last night for a nostril piercing and even though it was the end of the day he was very friendly and laid back. Love my new piercing!
