They placed two fraudulent orders on their website, making it look like the orders came from me. Then they charged my credit card. When I disputed the charges they sent me a harassing email.
GARBAGE! zero stars. Another bad chinese scam. I should know better by now.
I tried to return this item=EMS Foot Massager. It does not work. The address does not work either. This is a gadget that should not be sold. I tried it several times and held it in my hands to feel the vibration. There is nothing. I am 77 years of age and looking for a Neuropathy machine for the bottom of my feet to improve circulation. ZERO stars! Placed an order for on September 29, tried to cancel the order on October 5 when I realized it wouldn't ship right away and that was too long to wait for something that was needed for medical reasons. They emailed me back and told me I couldn't cancel because it had already been fulfilled (I didn't get the email it was fulfilled until after I canceled it). That was over three weeks ago and although it shows as shipped, the tracking information has shown for the last three weeks that it's still in Texas and "on it... read more
ZERO STARS! They're not a good company. Their claims of 100% Satisfaction Guarantee are worthless. Their products are shoddy, and not worth the month you'll have to wait for it to arrive. Returns are not in the USA, but back to CHINA, and consumer has to pay for postage! As their 2 addresses indicate (BTW, same street address in 2 different states - that ought to tell you something about their transparency) are probably fake too. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! I wish I'd seen some of these reviews before I wasted my time!
