I was really surprised to read the last review! It sounds like a frustrating experience and that's never fun when it comes to our pets :( Our dog suddenly started flipping out some time ago and yelping all over the house, with his tail between his legs. We drove him down the street, hoping that the clinic we always passed wouldn't have a horrific wait and they could see him quickly (it was a weekend, so you never know!).
