Got my navel pierced here, it was such an amazing experience. It didn’t hurt and Kay was so nice and told me everything that she was going to do!! I’m definitely going back for my next piercing!
Chad has been my tattoo artist for a year now. I’ve been going to him since he worked at Chaos & I’m so glad he got out of there and went to Bodies Illustrated! The shop is so clean and the staff is super fun & make you feel comfortable to get a tattoo/piercing. All the artists there are AMAZING! Definitely the best tattoo shop in Charlotte, hands down.🤷🏼♂️
Anthony has been my artist for 11 yrs now. Like an idiot I went to some one else with a friend and they blew it out but I went to see Anthony and he said that he can fix it...and as soon as I can I will be getting an original from Mr. Vance and I can not wait. I recommend him to any and everybody that asks me about tattoos. I will never let another artist touch me again. Much love for this amazing artist!!
Matt did my nose piercing tonight and I love it!! Very nice people working here. I was so nervous about my piercing and they were very patient with me.

I have to say Michelle is awesome!!! Her artistic skills and visions are off the chain!! I have been getting work done from her for the past 5 years and she has NEVER ceased to amaze! The shop as a whole is awesome! Very clean and very professional! Everyone I have met there have been awesome! So I cannot give a higher recommendation and thumbs up for Bodies Lustrated and Michelle Powell!!! Thank you so much Michelle!
I've gotten multiple piercings there and plan on getting some tattoos as well. The staff is always nice and they're funny. I don't feel unwelcome ever there even when i asked silly questions since I don't know much about tattoos.
