Our family began seeing Dr. Tara about 9 months ago. During that time the improvements we all have seen- physically of course, but also mentally and emotionally have been incredible. Dr. Tara has a great ability to "read" me and gets to the areas of concern, really without me telling her anything. I feel very relaxed, calm and well taken care of at Bodhi. I'm noticing that I'm experiencing a piece-of-mind: calmer, better range of motion, more content. The isolated stretching and breathing is something I've never done, and very helpful!
