I am hearing-impaired and going to get a hair cut isn't easy for me because I can't wear hearing aids during the washing and cutting process, so communication is a bit challenging. Jake was recommended for being very client-centred and their salon was said to be a relaxed and quiet place. And I found all this to be very true!
