I bought a dress here for my daughters Quinceanera (and it was not cheap!!!!) we had to order a xs (mind you I live in Fort Wayne Indiana had to go home and come back !! )…..came back out to pick my daughters dress up,we got all the way back home NO PETTICOAT!!!!AND I TIPPED!!!!!!
