RecommendedSomeone recommended it by word of mouth from Illinois. I went because I am living the dream and sampling all the food of Shreveport. I brought it home and smacked on the ribs and po’boy for the better part of 6 hours. I’ll be going back for the chicken, as well as anything else that catches my eye. I had a side of baked beans which had little chunks of pork hidden in there, and the Mac n cheese was downright awesome. I highly recommend this BBQ. They made me happier that I moved to Louisiana.
I was not happy with my ribs but best customer service I’ve experienced in years, he offered me compensation and went beyond limits to make me happy. Anyone that services hundreds of pounds of meat can only expect a bad piece of meat or error at some time but this bbq place is willing to go to any length to make a customer happy!
