RecommendedWhile we were attending an all-day wrestling tournament at the CenturyLink Center, we decided to venture out for a bite for lunch. We found Bodacious BBQ nearby and stopped in for lunch. The interior is quaint with country flourishes but the kitchen was hopping. We didn't have any wait to order our meat plates with sides. We all tried the brisket which was smoked well, tender, and quite flavorful. Was based in Bossier for a few months of training in spring 2009. I'm not a big fan of chicken, but fell in love with the smoked chicken. That mint sweet tea is amazing. I still speak with some colleagues that attended training with me there. Bodacious comes up every time.
Awesome Bbq. Food is always delicious and piping service.
The brisket is good, but like most area BBQ nothing special. Excellent sides though, including french fries and excellent beans. Although the inside is kinda drab, eating in is kinda fun and that drab look kinda says "BBQ joint."
