The color I received is NOT what I asked for. Andrea was not friendly to start and also did not match the color that I had previously had. It was a very disappointing experience and now my once completely brown hair has a red hue to it -- exactly what I told her I didn't want. I won't be going back to her.

Andrew Y is AMAZING and he did a great job on my hair --- I was a tourist and passing through Seattle; high maintenance with fine hair and OCD. He spent a lot of time with me and my hair was perfect - just before I went on a vacation. SOOOO Happy! What luck I had to find him and have my hair beautiful. We all know the value of a good hair day, girls!! I highly recommend Andrew at Bocz!
I've been a client for several years. Tim is a highly skilled professional and has taken care of me for over 15 years. I don't visit as frequently as I used to but, my hair always looks fabulous in between cuts. I won't go anywhere else.
