Loved working w Eric. Found me a great leasor. Someday he will find me a buyer too.
Eric worked hard from the get go. We had already found our dream home, one big piece of the puzzle was missing. We needed to sell mine within three weeks he had mine listed, and open house, many showings and a purchase agreement signed! He even helped me stage and take photos around all of our "stuff". All of this while We were getting married the following week and then off on a "familymoon". What a whirl wind, but if anyone can do it, it's Eric!
