I called the owner of Bock Construction, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN to let him know one of his drivers, in a company vehicle, with license plate 00090 came dangerously close to me this morning while I was riding my bicycle. I simply asked if he would have a talk with his employee. He told me in a very angry voice that bicycles don't belong on the road, that bicyclists don't pay taxes and that he doesn't care about the 3-foot law and then promptly hung up on me.
