Same as other reviewer! I paid up front due to Groupon for 1 year up front and it was supposed to be unlimited laser sessions... After first session they said I have to go back every 5 weeks. Everytime I tried to schedule they were always rescheduling, it is not unlimited! It was never consistent with them and the lady doing the laser was very very rude! I have been trying to reach this office since November 2020 and never a call back. I purchased a one year package and only used it once and never able to make an appt or get through to call them. Horrible stay away. they will take your money and not honor their agreement.

I was excited to find a new LHR place closer to home, **Update** The place is out of business, Closed for COVID & hasn't re-opened. Everyone who prepaid unfortunately is out of there money! it was easy to book appointments, you would receive a courtesy call or txt appointment reminder; very welcoming spa environment. This place looks nice but it's certainly not worth it. Better quality services elsewhere.
