The worst realtor there is a BIG SCAM STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM THEY ASK FOR A DEPOSIT AND CANT GET YOU IN ANY RENTAL PROPERTY. THEY JUST KEEP SENDING LISTING AND THATS IT I PAID $90 For MY APP FEE AND $ 1800 deposit WHEN I TOLD HIM I AM COMING FOR MY DEPOSIT I HAD TO WAIT 2 weeks to get it back and was only given $1710 he charged another $90 because I made a mistake on my APP with my SSN. THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THEMSELVES AND THEN TELL YOU THE DEPOSIT TO MOVE IN IS THREE times the RENT WHEN ITS ACTUALLY TWO TIMES THE RENT... read more
Please take a moment and look through all these reviews. You will notice there is a huge theme. "You is a waste of time" Any company that tells people online that they are a waste of time shouldn't be in business. Furthermore if you can articulate the sentence properly, maybe the waste of time lies with you and not the customer.
I found Boca property on my search for an apartment for my daughter and I , I called and spoke to Omar who told me to bring proof of income and my ID and to come to the office.. once I got there he explained to me that he’s the broker and he works on finding apartments for people.
