Renting here and loving it! The building is very dog friendly and most of the residents and staff are welcoming and courteous. Quiet building but located very close to restaurants, nightlife and shopping! Very walkable to everything. Great restaurant downstairs to go have a drink (Matteo’s). I rent right above it but never hear them. So I guess the building has good insulation from the noise.
Terrible place. Management won't return my calls. I just want the emails to stop. I don't live or work in the building and I never signed up for ANDREA RAPACCIUOLO's package notification emails which are EVERY DAY! I have no other choice but to blast this place here since I can't get through to them via Email or Phone.
Went to the location for business. Addison Mizner Medical Center and they are awesome!!
