I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others after the absolutely terrible experience I had at Boca Dental Ambracers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, cold, and clearly lacked any basic sense of professionalism or compassion. Every interaction felt like I was a burden to them. Keivah does a great job with my braces and she also assisted me during my oral surgery procedure she made sure I was taken care of the whole time as well as Krystal and Jackie. The whole team took away my dental anxiety!
Very good experience here at boca! They definitely took care of me everyone was very friendly Jackie made sure that my needs were met she was very accommodating, saira did a Fanta job on my braces she takes to me the whole time made me feel comfortable so glad I chose this lace to do my dental work. Mind you, they did my deep cleaning a few weeks ago as well and that experience was also great
