I cannot recommend Dr. Fong and his team enough! I’ve had two experiences here so far, and as someone who hadn't been to the dentist since I was 17. I was definitely feeling anxious. Dr. Fong is incredibly empathetic and walks you through everything step-by-step, keeping you updated on what he’s doing. I came in stressed for my fillings and left feeling totally calm. Worst dentist in Las Vegas
Wasn’t greeted when I stepped in the ladies didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing there for 5 min to check in for my appointment at that moment I knew I would just be getting my teeth clean and not returning .
Nothing to complain about. I had a few cleanings here and they were always nice and seemed competent. My last visit I made the mistake of asking them to do my cleaning before they got authorization from my insurance and they did it and took it in stride. Dr. Luu and Dr. Fong are great. I trust them with my teeth so that should say a lot. Because without your teeth, what are you really?
