At the beginning I wasnt having any problems, the staff was very friendly but then saw that a lot of the times they would talk badly about their patients. My family and I payed everything, all services were paid off and after 4 years we are receiving a message that we owe them money?! We had so many issues with this location and I truly don’t recommend it, save your money and go somewhere else, I had my braces with them for 3 years and then moved and just to find out that it wasn’t helping me at all, there was no change! Had to come in due to an issue on my way to vegas and ended up finding my dentist that I plan to keep coming to. I live 6 and a half hours away and I have never had the care and for what I had done the least painful experience here of my life with a dentist. I came back today to make my next appointment to get what else I need done only here. To me this is well worth the drive to have things done instead of back home. Thank you for making this experience so much better than any dentist has ever done.

Went in for a cleaning, first time I left an office for a cleaning without actually being cleaned. Tech didn't seem to know what he was doing, almost forgot to put a mask on and didn't use the overhead light. Said I didn't need scaling because my teeth were already "clean." Only got floss and fluoride. X-ray tech knew what she was doing at least.
