I lived in the Boca Colony community for 15 months and I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. First off, the first day of moving in there were no carpets laid down in my apartment. I was told by the property manager that I would not be able to move in as planned as I was driving up to Boca with a fully packed truck. To clarify, residents pay a one-time fee of $30 to a separate company for reserved parking. The place is great and the staff is awesome
This is one of the most clean, secure place and the office staff are great loving and helped people I could ever meet, my fiancé live here and we has a lot of memories here, we are getting married soon and she's moving with me to Orlando definitely we will miss this place. Thank you for everything Boca colony apartment.
