Went by office to turn in my mailbox keys and the gate remote and office is closed during business hours. I would advise anyone looking to lease Apt 211, to not rent there. That apt is roach infested. Happy to be gone.
Less than 24 hour notice for non-emergency electrical repairs, the notice said the power would be off from 8am-6pm. Super fun because they dropped the notice off less than 30 minutes before the office closed that evening so if we had any questions we’re just out of luck. We already accepted we would lose most of the perishables in the fridge as we weren’t given proper notice to freeze them in advance, but we weren’t prepared to have the maintenance guys LEAVE in the middle of a job. Great price on apartments , clean yards, lots of beautiful plants , adult pool separate than kids pool, gated access, quiet complex.
The mail boxes here keep getting broken into and I have important documents that I'm going to assume have been stolen. The camera by the mailboxes do not work. The landlord doesn't seem to be doing anything about the situation. So unfortunately I have to resort to getting my mail forwarded to a PO Box until I move. My apt is roach infested as well. I can't wait to leave this place.
If it wasn't for my landlord I would have BEEN GONE my car was stolen right in front of my house and kim her self that works in the office someone flat her tires about two years ago when my car got stolen I ask kim did they have a camera she said no we don't but on the gate it say 24hour Surveillance camera and my mail box and other people mail box has been broken in the only thing they have done is put down some Concrete in the apartment that does look better but to me what would have been better is the safety of camera up ... read more
