RecommendedI called yesterday and spoke to Brit. She generously spoke with me for 28 minutes. She explained how the concierge system works. I'm so happy I found them and can't wait to get started. My current naturopath is very limited, costs more and I get five appointments per year. I wait months to see them. I will update my post later but I was so impressed by Brit's professionalism and kindness.
Dr. Matilsky may be wonderful, I don’t have a clue, l but her staff needs some training in client care. I called today. I was told the doctor is now concierge. I was still interested. Nevertheless the office refused to call and verify my insurance for me. After a failed call that I placed to BCBS I asked for them to try. A blunt refusal. This from an office that is seeking to receive $1800 out of pocket for concierge services. I would think that making a phone call on my behalf should not be such a difficult task.
