I ordered then in Nov. Still has not complete the job. Nice people but waiting to finish the job.
DO NOT USE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH HIM !! WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS AND FIVE WINDOWS ALL HAVE BROKEN SEALS AND ONE WINDOW HAS FROST ON THE NSIDE. JUST REPORTED HIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THIS WILL NOT GET RESULTS ON HIS END POOR INSTALLATION AND NOW I AM WITHOUT PROPER WINDOWS I PAID OVER $6.000 FOR !!
Bob installed (2) windows at my condo in Des Plaines. I have called him numerous times to come out and fix this one window as it does not close and the wind and noise is clearly a problem. Not pleasant on the phone the last time I talked to him. I would STRONGLY not use him as his detail of follow-up it terrible and the detail to his work is not acceptable.
