Incredible customer service and very good people!
Every city or town should have a Bob’s watch repair of this calibre. I have gone to his location in Peterborough many times over the years for minor watch repairs, batteries, straps, pins, etc and I have always felt like I went back in time. I walked through a door way that took me back to those old days, of great customer service. They are professional, friendly and very fair in their evaluation and charges. Great staff and a cozy warm store, Bob sized the bracelet on my new Omega Seamaster for the sum of five dollars (who says you cant find a deal) , i also picked up a christmas gift for my wife while i was there, highly recommend this business as they are friendly and fair
