Amazing helpful people at this business! I had a ring that needed to be cut off. The first place I went to refused to cut the ring off, saying it would take too long to make two separate cuts. Lorn (apologies if spelt incorrect) at Bob's explained the process to me, explained it could be done with one cut and not effect the setting, and within 15 seconds the ring was off! Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness!
Very reasonable price to get your watch battery replaced or watch repairs. I highly recommend it.
