Great professional service. I had several trees removed and the service was quick and the clean up was great. I would recommend Bob's Tree Service to anyone.
I DON'T recommend Bob's Tree Service. We had an appointment for him to come last Tuesday to give an estimate. An hour after the appointment time, we called to see where he was. He said a job went longer than usual, so he just wasn't going to come out. We rescheduled for the same time on Thursday. Thursday came, and Thursday went. No show, no call. Contacted Bob's Tree Svc end of April. No response so contacted again June 24th. Got estimate and finally contacted me back and stated they would be out July 11th or 12th. Pinpointed exact day, took vacation day to only be informed at 11AM that they were NOT able to come due to emergency services - WASTED VACATION DAY!!!!!. Contacted again a couple days later, and he said he would be out following week - Tues or Wed, but I requested to be informed which day for sure. After this no other contact from him back. Really not worth the hassle. I received a bid and arranged for service. After not coming out when he said he would, he didn't return my phone calls. If you don't need my business, then don't waste my time. Thanks.
Another job well done. I have to tell you that BTS is one of the best tree services I have ever worked with. They are friendly and easy going. I had some work done last year and they had responded within 24 hours. This year bought some rental property, called about some work and they came out within a couple days. If you are looking for a tree service, look no further. Bob beat all the other prices and the work was done promptly and professionally. Don't waste your time calling the others. I spent weeks meeting with all the other overpriced guys. You don't have to. Bob's Tree Service cut down around 16 trees for us and we will definately be calling them back if we decide to clear out more. My hats off to the crew. Well done and thank you.
I had them remove 3 trees and grind out the stumps. Work was professionally done and on time. His prices were far better than the other 3 quotes I got. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.
